We want you to love your Hammies as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure items are free of marks, odors, or pet hair to qualify for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Items
Place your items in the original mailer or a secure package and attach the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
